Role: Senior Quality Engineer / QA Automation Engineer – AI & Test Automation
Location: Pittsburgh, PA, USA
Experience: Minimum 7 years
Rate : Maximum 120K Per year
Work Arrangement: Onsite five days per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the Pittsburgh client location.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 7 years of software QA/QE experience , including substantial hands-on automation experience.
· Strong proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript .
· Experience designing and maintaining reusable automation frameworks.
· API testing experience using Postman/Newman, REST Assured, or Playwright API testing .
· Strong working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and Git .
· Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent CI/CD platforms .
· Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude for testing and automation.
· Strong understanding of Agile delivery, risk-based testing, defect management, and release validation.
· Proven experience supporting enterprise clients and troubleshooting issues across UI, API, database, and integration layers.
· Stable employment history with sustained contributions and continuous growth in technical skills, responsibilities, or leadership.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
· Ability to explain technical issues clearly, build positive client relationships, and collaborate across teams.
