QA Associate Engineer Remote

Our client is seeking a self-motivated Associate QA Engineer who enjoys problem-solving and quality management, performing tests at various stages of production and troubleshooting. As QA, you will need to keep detailed documentation and record of processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of product testing including functional, component, regression, and exploratory testing through manual or automated tests.
• Write and run automated scripts in testing complex airline application software to ensure that products meet acceptable standards and end-user requirements.
• Ensure product testing is completed within guidelines and according to standards; identify and implement improvements to the test processes and procedures.
• Test the application with business analysts, developers, and other product development members.
• Get functional, technical, and administrative supervision from a team lead, but expected to work with high levels of independence.
• Create automated tests for products and services to support our agile processes.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline with good academic records from schools with reputable CS or IT programs.
• Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Business Understanding: Airline or Travel Industry knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of C#/.Net.
