This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projectsPerforming QA testing on Appian applications across several projectsCreating documentation/ test scripts and recording resultsPartnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolvedAnalyzing bugs to identify trendsWriting user storiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e., Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one timeExperience working in an agile environmentMust be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (preference given to those holding active TS clearance)This is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence at our Groundswell HQ in McLean or other client site locations in the Northern Virginia areaPreferred Skills:Experience in automation testing desiredTrusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desiredSkills:Certification:Why You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansFlexible Spending Account4% 401K Match (immediate vesting)Paid Time OffTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional developmentFlexible work scheduleOn-site gym and childcare optionThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
