To ensure the quality and reliability of business solutions for rebate program operations, the full-time QA Analyst with IRS Verification will develop and execute test plans, validate system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for system enhancements and new features Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities while tracking defects through resolution Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business rules, workflows, and system configurations during platform migrations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in rebate operations, program administration, or quality assurance Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) IRS Identity Verification certification required
