You will collaborate with a teams of engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications using Python Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming to ensure high-quality code and knowledge sharingStay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends, tools, and technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products, ensuring seamless integration and deploymentContribute to the development of new codebases that emphasize object-orientation, modularity, and maintainabilityRequirements:US citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S.

security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI)Expertise in Python Strong understanding of relational databases and version control systems (e.g., Git)Experience with Docker, Docker-compose, or KubernetesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and microservice architectureStrong communication skills and self-motivationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or significant professional experience)5+ years of software development experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of Spark or PySparkBackground in mathematics or computer scienceExperience with DevOps tools and practicesFamiliarity with containerization technologies Experience or desire to lead technical teamsMORSE Corp’s salary range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Depending on role eligibility, total compensation may also include bonus, stock, 401(k) match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year.

MORSE maintains an “open” leave policy that does not restrict exempt, regular full-time employees to a specific number of paid sick or vacation days.
