As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:Provide Tier-2 support for the Streaming Hub application by troubleshooting customer issues related to inventory registration, targeting, and UI functionalityContribute to the development and maintenance of UI components within the Streaming Hub platformDevelop an understanding of business logic, application architecture, and customer workflows to diagnose and resolve production issuesTroubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration issues with guidance from senior engineers when neededBuild and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workDebug application code and assist in resolving issues across distributed systemsCollaborate with engineering, client services, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer issuesParticipate in production support, live event monitoring, and incident response activitiesAssist with release validation, production verification, and post-release monitoringContribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practicesConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
