To support the migration of on-premises batch processing systems to AWS, the full-time Python Full Stack Developer will refactor legacy PERL scripts into modern Python applications, design and maintain full stack applications for batch job monitoring, and collaborate with cloud engineers on infrastructure and deployment pipelines, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Refactor and migrate legacy batch processing jobs into Python-based services on AWS Design, build, and maintain full stack applications to support batch job operations Document refactored logic and collaborate on infrastructure and deployment strategies Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including production applications and scripts Experience with batch/ETL processing patterns and translating PERL scripts into Python Proficiency in building both backend services and front-end interfaces (e.g., React, Vue) Experience with AWS services such as AWS Batch, Lambda, and Step Functions Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment using Docker
