Python Developer-Strong AWS IaC, C/ICD, CloudFormation, Redshift, IDC

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Python Developer AWS & CI/CD)

Core Responsibilities:

• - Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
• - Develop RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines
• - Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deployment)
• - Deploy and manage applications on AWS
• - Work with Infrastructure-as-Code, primarily AWS CloudFormation
• - Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting
• - Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams on system reliability and performance
• - Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and static analysis
• - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Tools & Technologies I currently work with:

• - Python (including Streamlit for building internal apps/dashboards)
• - AWS CloudFormation (primary IaC tool for our stack)
• - AWS services: Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS, Secrets Manager, Redshift
• - Redshift, accessed via SSO
• - Tableau and DBeaver for data querying/reporting, authenticated via Entra ID credentials
• - AWS Identity Center (IDC) for access management
• - Git for version control
