Python DeveloperLocation: Pittsburgh, PA (2-3 days onsite in a week) Contract to Hire US Citizen, Greencard Holder ($70-75/hr. on w2) Must Have: Python, NumPy, Pandas, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Nice to have: Data sets, Unix/LinuxDevelop automation in Python to identify characteristics, relationships, and trends on large user populations Develop automation in Python to filter users into groups based on the above criteria Use Python to make API calls to supported databases and tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous DeliveryRequired Skills/Experience: Between 8 to 10 years of software development experience in Python and its data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL and relational databases Good understanding of Web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux Data structures, algorithms and design patterns Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes and toolsPreferred Skills/Experience: Experience in financial industry preferred but not a must Experience working with and aggregating large data sets across multiple systems Agile experience preferred but not a must Minimum 08 – 10 years of experience
