We are seeking a mid-to-senior-level Python Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python-based test framework development and automated test script creation. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to proactively identify issues and communicate solutions effectively to cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and drive issues toward resolution.
- Proactively identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Communicate technical issues, findings, and resolutions clearly to engineering teams.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Improve test coverage, automation reliability, and framework maintainability.
- Collaborate with software, systems, and test engineers throughout the testing and validation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Mid-to-senior-level experience in Python test automation, software testing, or software validation.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Python-based test automation frameworks.
- Strong experience in automated test script development and maintenance.
- Proven ability to debug software issues and troubleshoot automated test failures.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
