Pursuit/Marketing CoordinatorResponsible for leading and supporting proposal and pursuit efforts for the assigned region. This role manages the full lifecycle of proposals, from kickoff through submission, while ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in A/E/C proposal development, is highly organized, and can manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This position will report to the regional Marketing Manager.Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office) Please submit a portfolio that showcases your writing skills and experience with InDesign layout.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, including SF 330s, qualifications packages, technical proposals, and presentationsManage multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring schedules, deadlines, and compliance requirements are metDevelop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; facilitate kickoff meetings and track progressFacilitate pursuit planning meetings, including capture, kickoff, and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Team)Assist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.Partner with technical staff and SMEs to develop tailored, compelling proposal contentPrepare key proposal components, including resumes, project descriptions, and graphicsOversee proposal production, including editing, formatting, and layout using InDesignEnsure submissions are fully compliant and meet quality standardsMaintain CRM data, including opportunity tracking, go/no-go decisions, and outcomesSupport development and maintenance of marketing materials and content librariesConduct research on clients, competitors, and opportunities to support business development effortsRequired SkillsStrong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and proposal layout best practicesProven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational, time management, and attention to detailEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teamsPositive, team-oriented attitude; willing to step in and assist proactivelyComfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting prioritiesRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field2-5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experienceStrong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processesFamiliarity with RFP/RFQ requirements and complianceProficiency with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Microsoft OfficeWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers compliant, high-quality proposals on timeEffectively manages multiple pursuits simultaneouslyProduces visually strong, well-organized submissionsBuilds strong relationships with technical teams and marketing staffWorking ConditionsWork is performed on a hybrid schedule – a combination of office and remote work. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking.
