Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid supply shortages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers
• Review and reconcile invoices, resolving any discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
• Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to align purchasing with project and inventory needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management a plus
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; word, excel software a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the security, alarm, or electronics industry is a bonus
