Purchasing AttendantThe Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Purchasing Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Work authorization required.What You'll DoThe Purchasing Attendant supports the procurement and inventory functions of the resort by receiving, organizing, and delivering goods and supplies to various departments. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely distribution of products, and safe operation of company vehicles when transporting supplies, while maintaining high standards of organization, efficiency, and service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing goods, materials, and equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely fulfillment of departmental requestsOperate company vehicles and warehouse equipment safely to transport supplies and freight between resort entities, maintaining compliance with safety regulations and operational standardsCoordinate the loading, unloading, and delivery of packages, materials, and inventory to support efficient daily operations across multiple locationsMaintain organized, clean, and secure warehouse, storeroom, receiving, and refrigerated storage areas while supporting inventory control and operational readinessConduct routine safety inspections and equipment checks to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and promote a safe working environmentWhat To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
