Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Purchasing and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following

Duties

- Ordering of electronic components

- Negotiate price with vendors

- Create purchase orders and manage PO from inception through delivery

- Keep track of orders and deliveries

- Expedite PO's

- Build relationships with current vendors and establish find new vendors

- Sending out email campaigns

- Working with Sales team to support administrative duties

- Answer phones

- Research leads that come in from the websites

This position has potential to become an Account Representative position managing your own accounts. 

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and vendor interactions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
• Experience in account management

Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

IN THE OFFICE NO OPTION FOR REMOTE WORK

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
