In this role, you will source and purchase key computer hardware components—including CPUs, memory (RAM), storage, and motherboards—while coordinating domestic and international shipments and ensuring full import/export compliance.If you thrive in a fast-paced technology environment, understand the hardware component market, and enjoy negotiating with global suppliers, this role is for you.Procurement & Vendor ManagementSource and purchase computer hardware components including CPUs, memory (RAM), SSD/HDD storage, GPUs, and related technologies.Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier terms to drive cost savings.Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in memory and processor markets.Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.Evaluate and maintain strong supplier relationships.Support continuous supply chain improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Inventory & Supply CoordinationCollaborate with production, product management, and sales teams to forecast demand.Maintain optimal inventory levels and mitigate supply risks.Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes.Global Logistics & Trade ComplianceCoordinate domestic and international shipments.Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.Prepare and review shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, COO).Ensure compliance with U.S.
