The right candidate will bid on new projects, maintain scopes of work, track blueprints and design changes, etc.Essential duties and responsibilities include: soliciting bids, pre-qualifying subcontractors, setting up and monitoring option costs and sales prices, maintaining and updating current budgets, spreading revised bids and obtaining approval for any price increases, preparing direct costs analysis and variances for review, and executing lot starts and final proof of all unit costs.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
