Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Punch Press Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift.What You'll DoLoad raw materials and operate punch press equipment safely and efficientlySet up and run presses to meet production and quality standardsPerform first piece, in process, and final quality inspectionsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production routingsUse measuring and inspection equipment accuratelyMaintain production standards while following all safety and workmanship proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years oldExperience operating 30 to 100 ton open back punch single die manual presses preferredMechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skillsAbility to read blueprints and production drawingsAbility to utilize measuring and inspection equipmentAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical job dutiesAbility to pass a post offer background check, drug test, and physicalWhy SPIROL?At SPIROL, people matter.
