Pulmonologist – Diagnostic Tools

Location: Moultrie, GA | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, outpatient | Compensation: Competitive guaranteed salary with annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment, plus 100% shared practice profits as bonus

Overview

An established outpatient practice is seeking an experienced, dedicated full-time pulmonologist to join a dynamic clinical team. The practice includes a board-certified pulmonology and critical care physician and a mid-level provider, offering a collaborative environment to deliver comprehensive respiratory and pulmonary care to the local community.

What you'll do

• See an anticipated 20-25 patients daily in an outpatient clinic setting with six exam rooms located close to the hospital
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with no on-call responsibilities for pulmonology
• Provide comprehensive care for conditions including asthma, bronchitis, COPD, emphysema, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer, sarcoidosis, occupational lung diseases, and sleep disorders
• Perform bronchoscopies in the hospital setting
• Precept medical students and residents as part of ongoing professional development opportunities

Required qualifications

• Completion or near completion of internal medicine residency and pulmonology fellowship
• Board-certified or board certification eligible, with an expectation to obtain certification within five years
• Must hold a Georgia Medical License or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred qualifications

• Completed or upcoming completion of a critical care fellowship is encouraged to apply
