How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP
Call structure: None
Practice setting: Outpatient
Access to dedicated clinical support staff, Athena EMR, and 2-3 exam rooms per clinician
Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Physician Assistant
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Drive clinical excellence by evaluating and caring for patients with acute and chronic respiratory illnesses, including asthma, COPD, and sleep disorders
Enhance patient access through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans in a collaborative clinic setting

What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physician Assistant specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Master's degree of Nursing required.
