What You Will Do
- Deliver comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
- Specialize in pulmonary medicine, interpreting chest X-rays, CT scans, and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).
- Educate and coach patients on preventive care and chronic disease management strategies.
- Monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and evaluate patient responses to therapy.
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers to expand patient referral networks.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical practice standards.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pulmonary medicine and related diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate patient care.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and other clinical practice standards.
- Experience in a startup environment or small healthcare practice.
- Additional certification or training in pulmonary medicine or related fields.
- Bilingual abilities to cater to a diverse patient population.
