Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Physician

Northwell Health is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonologists with critical care training and Critical Care Physicians to join its Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. These full-time opportunities are available across multiple locations, including Vassar/Northern Dutchess, Putnam Hospital, Danbury Hospital, Staten Island University Hospital, and Huntington Hospital. The division is nationally recognized for its expertise and innovative clinical research in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.

Practice Info

• The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Program started in the 1980s and has grown to over 125 dedicated full-time physicians.
• Programs are nationally and internationally recognized for expertise in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.
• The division boasts innovative clinical research.
• Specialized centers for interventional pulmonology, pulmonary hypertension, advanced lung disease, cystic fibrosis, acute lung injury and ECMO, non-CF bronchiectasis, asthma, lung transplant, interstitial lung disease and sleep medicine.

Compensation

• Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Shift & Schedule

• Vassar/Northern Dutchess: 50% Pulmonary, 50% CC
• Putnam Hospital: 50% Pulmonary, 50% CC
• Danbury Hospital: 10 shifts a month, 8pm-8am
• Staten Island University Hospital: 10 shifts a month, 4p-8am
• Huntington Hospital: 7 off, 7 on, 7pm-7am
