Pugmill Machine OperatorGeneral Shale, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of brick and masonry materials, is seeking a Pugmill Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Moncure, North Carolina facility. This role is ideal for a reliable, safety-focused individual who can ensure efficient operation of the Mill Room's pugmill and brick machine while maintaining product quality and meeting production targets.Position Overview:The Pugmill Machine Operator is responsible for the operational effectiveness of the Mill Room equipment, including the pugmill and brick machine.
