Providing compassionate psychiatric care through telehealth, the full-time or part-time Puerto Rico Licensed PMHNP will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical peers while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans Provide patient-centered care for various mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews Required qualifications Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
