Job Description

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a\"Publications Lead (100% Remote)\".

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $102/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities

• Lead publicationplanning and execution across manuscripts, abstracts, posters, andpresentations.
• Managepublications from initial planning through submission and post-publicationactivities.
• Coordinate withMedical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, investigators, authors, and externalexperts.
• Oversee medicalwriting agencies, review deliverables, and manage timelines and risks.
• Maintainpublication trackers, calendars, and documentation.
• Ensure compliancewith ICMJE, GPP, and internal publication policies.
• Support multipletherapeutic programs and take ownership of ongoing projects with minimalonboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree inLife Sciences: PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc.
• 5-7+ years ofmedical publications experience within pharma or biotech.
• Strong knowledgeof ICMJE and GPP publication guidelines.
• Experiencemanaging publication projects, external vendors, and cross-functionalstakeholders.
• Excellent projectmanagement, prioritization, communication, and attention to detail.
