Publications Coordinator
- Advanced experience and expertise in working with Datavision for publication reviews
- Routing of all IIS/IIT, research collaboration and internally written publications through Datavision – responsible for record set up, management of all reviews and approvals, record close out
- Agency QC of Datavision records
- Compliance management through TOV reporting
- Ability and knowledge of running Datavision reports for metrics generation
- Facilitation of internal process to sponsor HCPs for congress attendance, when applicable
- Meeting minute recording and management for bi-weekly team meetings
- QR code generation through internal system
- Management of updates to team playbook
- May be asked to support other cross functional publication team activities as appropriate
- 6+ month contract opportunity
- Hybrid opportunity - 1 to 2 times per month onsite in NY for meetings
