To support a large federal government client, the full-time remote Public Trust IT Business Analyst will collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions, conduct thorough analysis and research, and develop metrics to track project performance. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value Conduct analysis and research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain metrics to track project performance and ensure alignment with client objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or a related field 3-6 years of relevant work experience U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a public trust government background investigation Mastery of Microsoft Office products, including Word and PowerPoint Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and MS Excel
