Public Sector Growth Director - Hybrid/Travel Ready

VSO Inc. seeks a Director of Business Development for Public Sector to lead opportunity qualification, strategy, and closing across defined Public Sector accounts. You will collaborate with Capture, Bid, Proposal, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals and expand our Public Sector footprint.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage forecasts, and ensure governance, pricing, and NDA compliance while traveling as needed and guiding a senior BD team.
