Description:
Ensure the safety and security of the Guests, Team Members, and property, while providing excellent Guest services and maintaining safe practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as an information hub for the Park, being first line of defense and communication liaison, while delivering Guest Excellence.
• Maintain constant attention and focus on Guests, Team Members, and surroundings.
• Communicate via two-way radios and telephone.
• Maintain documentation of records to include but not be limited to attraction down events, throughput, first aid
and security calls/reports, lost and found.
• Execute emergency procedures, primarily through primary communication liaison as necessary.
• Provide support to Park leadership personnel, safety, security, and outside EMS.
• Execute internal and external loss prevention efforts through monitoring of surveillance video.
• Maintain Park cleanliness standard.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read, write and speak in English, and understand operations manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Law Enforcement Experience preferred.
• Must have valid SORA Card.
• Armed Security only must have valid Carry Permit
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather
• Ability to climb, kneel, bend, push, pull and reach above shoulder
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays as required.
