Public Relations Manager

Leading PR efforts for the Americas region, the full-time Public Relations Manager will develop and execute impactful communication strategies, manage crisis communications, and enhance business reputation while collaborating with global teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute PR strategies aligned with global priorities to support leadership teams in the Americas Create and manage PR content, including press releases, and build relationships with journalists for effective media engagement Provide media training to senior leaders and report on PR activities to demonstrate impact and ensure continuous improvement Required qualifications Experience managing PR activities, including crisis communication and reputation management Degree level education or relevant skills and knowledge in public relations Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing Proficiency in MS Office tools and M365 apps Cultural awareness and experience working in a Japanese business context is a plus
