We invite you to bring your ideas to ExxonMobil to help create sustainable solutions that improve quality of life and meet society's evolving needs.Primary Job Functions:Develop and lead ExxonMobil's global strategy for carbon accounting policy and advocacy, aligning regulatory engagement with long?term business and LCS objectivesMonitor and analyze international carbon accounting and climate policy developments across jurisdictions, representing the company in key policy, regulatory, and technical forumsCollaborate with internal leaders and external experts across industry, academia, NGOs, and standard setting bodies to shape policy outcomes and advance best practicesProvide strategic policy insights and rigorous technical analysis to inform corporate strategy, investment decisions, and risk managementEngage with policymakers and business leaders on broader strategic policy issues that will shape the long?term direction and competitiveness of Low Carbon Solutions (LCS)Qualifications:10+ years of experience in carbon accounting, climate and energy policy, or related fieldsMaster's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant disciplineProven experience in energy/climate policy and/or technical standard?settingStrong professional network across government, industry, multilateral organizations, and NGOsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to navigate complex political, commercial, and regulatory environmentsWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyWe Offer You:The expected annual salary range for this position is $165,000 - $280,000.

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors, which may include skills, abilities, qualifications, work experience, and education. Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life. Savings Plan: You can contribute between 6% and 20% of your pay and are encouraged to enroll right away. If you contribute at least 6% to your savings plan, the Company will contribute a 7% match.
