To lead the Master of Public Health (MPH) program, the full-time remote Program Chair will manage faculty recruitment, oversee student enrollment, and ensure program compliance with accreditation standards while teaching up to 12 credits per academic year. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with CEPH accreditation and lead program review processes Manage day-to-day operations of the program, including course scheduling and faculty performance Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty while fostering a supportive and diverse academic environment Required qualifications Doctoral degree (DrPH, Ph.D., MD, or equivalent) in public health or a closely related field MPH degree or equivalent graduate training in public health Minimum three years of academic administration experience with undergraduate or graduate students Strong scholarly background in research, publications, and program assessments Demonstrated understanding of CEPH accreditation standards and processes
