LHH is assisting a full-service Middlesex County law firm in its search for a Public Finance Associate to join its expanding group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to work alongside a collaborative team while continuing to grow their practice and hone their skills.
Firm Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- New Jersey bar admission (NY a plus)
- 3+ years experience representing a wide range of clients in diverse financial transactions
- Experience should include drafting/negotiating disclosure documents, resolutions, closing documents, etc.
Perks of the Position:
- Reasonable 1800 billable hour requirement
- Competitive salary range of $145-160K
- Bonus eligibility starting at 1800 hour
