This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to join a sophisticated financial services and specialty finance practice working on complex public finance and economic development transactions.The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of transactional experience in public finance, real estate, financial services, or corporate law, along with an interest in tax-exempt bond finance, public-private partnerships, and economic development incentives.
