Assistant Public Defender -
The Office of the Public Defender 7th Judicial Circuit, is seeking an attorney for a position located in the 7th Judicial Circuit of Florida to include Volusia, Flagler, Putnam and St. Johns County. The primary responsibility of assistant public defenders is to provide effective and professional representation to people charged with criminal offenses.
Qualifications: applicants must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar or have either passed or recently sat for the Florida Bar Exam and have cleared Character and Fitness. Also accepting applicants that are sitting for all 2026 Florida Bar exams. Education and experience: Juris Doctorate.
