Candidates should have significant experience drafting and negotiating principal acquisition agreements and managing sophisticated transactional matters in a fast-paced environment.Qualified candidates will possess:4+ years of public company M&A experience at an Am Law 100 or similarly sophisticated law firmExperience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transaction documentsStrong transactional management skills and the ability to independently handle complex deal componentsExcellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law schoolAdmission to practice in New York or eligibility to waive inThis firm offers a collaborative and dynamic platform where associates work closely with leading corporate practitioners on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions.
