Public Company Capital Markets Associate (Mid-Level)

Hogan Lovells Cadwalder US LLP seeks a mid-level corporate and securities associate in the Washington, DC area with 2–3 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public company advisory work and capital markets financings.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid grasp of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and experience at a comparable law firm or on teams managing public company representations.
