This is a unique opportunity for a mid- to senior-level attorney to support a nationally recognized capital markets and public company advisory practice based in San Diego.Responsibilities Include:Advising public companies on reporting and compliance under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934Supporting capital markets transactionsPreparing periodic reports, proxy statements, and Section 13 and 16 filingsProviding corporate governance advice and working closely with public company clientsCollaborating with a dynamic team of attorneys across the firm's national platformQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive California bar licenseMinimum 5 years of capital markets and public company experienceExperience representing large cap and mid cap public companiesStrong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and stock exchange governance rules (Nasdaq, NYSE)Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferredDesired Skills:Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesBusiness-savvy judgment and client-service orientationAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment:Hybrid schedule: regular in-office presence with some flexibility for remote workOpportunity to work with top-tier clients and a collegial, supportive team
