Machine OperatorResponsibilitiesSet up and size extrusion lines.Set up, run, and troubleshoot downstream equipment.Set up, run, and troubleshoot all programmable or automated production and measurement equipment.Identify non-conforming products, implement resolutions, and report to immediate supervisor.Maintain a clean working environment.Comply with safety and quality standards.Measure finished pieces and ensure they meet specifications.Follow company guidelines and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in using measuring tools.Experience with extrusion and machine operation.Familiarity with GMP/SOP standards.Ability to troubleshoot and maintain cleanroom standards.Quality control and inspection skills.Mechanical aptitude and production troubleshooting capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma.6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.Mechanical aptitude.Experience in assembly and as an automotive technician.Why Work Here?Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance. You will be working in a high-paced manufacturing setting with adherence to strict safety protocols.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easton, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
