South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a PTA to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings across Hawaii. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a PT, deliver 1:1 and group interventions, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient function and quality of life. You’ll work closely with nursing, physicians, and families, contribute to discharge planning, and help educate patients and caregivers, all within a supportive, growth-focused, and patient-centered culture.
