Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site rehab team serving seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. As a PTA, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. You’ll document progress in the EMR, collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff, and educate patients and families.
