Stern Therapy Consultants is looking for a PRN PTA at Autumn Lake at Windsor. You'll step in when the rehab team needs coverage and help residents keep working toward their mobility goals through consistent, hands-on treatment.
What You'll Do
- Provide therapy under treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
- Practice walking, transfers, and therapeutic exercises with residents
- Watch for fatigue, pain, or changes in performance and update the PT
- Coordinate session timing with the care team around residents' daily needs
- Document treatment and each resident's response
- PRN opportunities based on facility needs
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the rehab team and regional leadership
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Attentive communication and accurate documentation skills
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus
