We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team serving the Glen Ridge/Courtyard Facilities. This flexible opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility programs
- Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength and functional independence
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehabilitation team with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive leadership and positive clinical environment
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for additional PRN shifts
