Responsibilities Include:
- Carry out therapy programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with gait training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and balance activities
- Monitor resident response during therapy sessions and communicate updates to the PT
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes
- Active PTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
