Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site rehab team serving skilled nursing and long-term care residents. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence for geriatric and sub-acute patients. You will provide hands-on interventions, document progress, educate residents and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
