As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Your efforts will help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their treatment goals. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering therapy interventions per the PT plan of care
- Documenting patient progress and response to treatment
- Assisting with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicating patient status to the supervising PT
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- An active state PTA license (or the ability to obtain one)
- The ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Need 1 year experience in setting
