Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and safety for geriatric and sub-acute residents. In this collaborative environment, you’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in EMR, educate patients and families, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards.
