Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to help geriatric and sub-acute patients achieve their highest level of independence. You’ll document outcomes in EMR, participate in interdisciplinary care meetings, and educate residents and families.
