- Perform physical therapy procedures and tasks under supervision
- Treat patients according to approved treatment plans
- Maintain a neat and orderly department
- Complete documentation of daily notes and discharge data
- Work with diverse patient populations
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- Oklahoma state license required
