Renewal Rehab is seeking a caring Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team serving seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. In this role, you’ll deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, safety, and independence. You’ll perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities while documenting progress in our EHR system.
