Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence for senior residents.
Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, documenting progress, and educating residents and families. In our resident-centered, team-focused culture, you’ll collaborate closely with nursing and rehab staff, receive ongoing training, and access growth opportunities across Solaris HealthCare communities.
